The Song of the Southern Wind

The Sun Spoke,
The sweetest of the words,
That befell any ear before,

'Whom are you waiting for',
A shy smile, replied.
'A love I reckon',
The sun simmered.

The clouds gathered,
A tale they longed to hear,
Of love, of longing, of the wait.

'Why the blush', the sun teased,
The smile gave way,
'Its a secret', she replied,
The clouds awed, women of the same feather.

The rain had a different tale,
'Who are you waiting for',
They chimed, a drizzle of words,

'Why don't you clear off',
She, rhymed the rhythm,
Rhythm of the thunder,
as it echoed through the clouds.

And as the rain parted farewell,
And the sun geared with joy,
And the clouds that dispersed with awe.

He stood, all in his glory,
Seven colors, majestic, royal,
Her blush gave way to joy,
And the southern wind smiled.

The Other Me

Have you opened your eyes yet,
'No I haven't', I reply,
Have you closed the books yet,
'I have, but why?', I ask,
Its time to be me.

Have you cleared your thoughts?,
'No, I haven't', I reply,
Clear them, for they are mine,
'Who are you?',I ask,
Its time to be me.

Have you bid farewell to past,
'No I haven't', I reply,
Have you made peace yet?
'Why should I?', I ask,
Its time to be me.

'Who are you?', I ask,
Silence is my name,
'Why should I be you?',
You need to be complete.
I become you, I am me again.

The Lullaby of Lies

The world is peace,
The words would cease,
You would see the end,
The bright undertone.

The night is young,
The darkness hung,
On the sun that would raise,
Sleep, sleep is peace.

The misty lights,
Would engulf the night,
Raise to the song,
The promise, I make.

Sleep my child,
Sleep in the lies,

The Black Horse

Step on the shadows,
Ride to the edge,
Take the reigns,
Let go of the fear.

Step on the light,
Ride the darkness,
I am the night,
I am the knight.

Step on the blaze,
The burning thunder,
A hundred years,
Of cringing pain.

Step on the blades,
The death makes sense,
A millennium, passed,
Decades I count.

Step on the dead,
I am lost,
Lost, lost I belong,
The rider of yesterday.

The Bloom

She winks,
The mischief, twinkle,
She winks,
The silent grim,
And the bloom,
That saw no sun light.

She winks,
Death she cribs,
She winks,
Nothing makes sense,
I blink at death,
The existence, a pain.

She winks,
Makes stories,
She winks,
Kill the horror,
Fading light, escape,
The scene of thousands.

She winks,
Cradle of the undead,
She winks,
I was a friend !!!
Kill the messenger,
Peace I believe is myth.

She winks,
I cringe with pain,
She winks,
Fire burns less,
The flower blooms,
Night, no light, no witness.

The Fallen Prince

The dribbling gold,
From the pockets of a mongrel,
Street urchins gather,
Pray for the lost soul,
Pray, does it matter.

The flying queen,
Fairy of the winter's tale,
I beckon, I wait, for your touch,
Do your deed, let me wither,
The flowers fade, the bells toll.

The chimes sing their song,
Winds my mate, as I float,
My ashes on the tender sheet,
I have fallen, the darkness my ally,
I have fallen, betrayed my fleet.

Despair of a lost soul,
I wait for my end to come,
Do come, cleanse me, free me,
My guilt my brother,
Take me with you, to the sea.

I am the fallen prince,
The king of my time,
But a pauper at the death's gate.
Betrayal was my weapon,
But alas, death tricked my fate.

The Epilogue

The bow touched the string,
Melody flows, notes of the chain,
The chain breaks, breaks the thought.

Wind up a new string, unchain the notes,
Re-chain the thought, free at last,
The thoughts break, the chain's intact.

Take the chain apart, link by link,
Regrow the lost note, that sits silent,
The chain is forged, on empty thoughts.

Pull a treble, push a clef,
Add a rest, to the unending chain,
The thought is new, and the chain too.

The ink grows on the sheet,
Marks grow into harmonies,
The bow breaks, a curse it seems.

Alas, I give rest to my thoughts,
The chain is just a myth, I cry,
Thought just a prelude to the epilogue.
